Me and Joe...hehehe!!!

As the police personnel cannot be everywhere at one time, the citizens themselves must help. One of my neighbour, Joe had started patrol with his kawasaki since 6 years ago. He had caught 17 snatch thefts in the past few years and saved some of the victims. Many of us know not just one but several victims of snatch theft reflecting how rampant and serious a crime it has become, It is increasingly clear that we cannot just leave it to the police to curb this serious crime but as a government or people, we must work together with the police.Why not we learn Joe's spirit??As a part of the society, why do we perpetudly shrug our shoulders and say it is not our task to control, the police should do that?? or we shake our heads and say they are acts of god, it's god will ... when can we walk the streets without fear again, when can we dismantle our window and door grilles?
Malaysian, only we can take back the control of our streets!
